Based on data from 1st Feb – 31st July 2023. In addition to our contractual SLAs, LCS have resolved high priority tickets in 1 hour, 57 minutes and low priority tickets in 4 hours, 11 minutes on average across the same period.
System Uptime & Reliability
We proud of our history of building robust IT service platforms for customers and continue to provide our clients with high levels of system reliability into 2023.
LCS Total Care Plus customers benefited from an average server uptime across all on premises and cloud-based servers of 99.72% between January and July 2023.
Security Performance vs National Average
The Government 2023 Security Breach Survey states around a third of businesses (32%) and a quarter of charities (24%) reported some kind of cyber security breach or attack in the last 12 months.
By comparison LCS Group only 1.9% of LCS Clients suffered any kind of breach in the same period, none of which suffered any data leaks or financial damage. None of the 1.9% involved any form of direct system infiltration through our security safeguards.
Systems Built to Exceed Cyber Essentials Standards
One of the key factors that has resulted in LCS having an unrivalled security breach track record in the SME IT services sector is the fact that we have always applied very high standards and an uncompromising approach to the way we configure our systems.
All LCS installations exceed the Government Cyber Essentials standards and have done so long before the scheme was introduced, LCS are also a Cyber Essentials Plus Certified organisation.

Securing Our Customers Future
LCS has been absorbing the additional costs to combat the ever-growing security threats to its customers for the past 8 years, and whilst our track record is impeccable, we need to invest further and offer our clients a range of additional services in order to maintain our high standards.
To this end over the coming months we will be providing information on a range of options designed to enhance our customers security position.
Our intention is to raise our baseline security standards above and beyond current base requirements for all customers to remain ahead of emerging threats. In addition, we will be launching new add-on services which can be added to overall support packages should organisations wish to invest in premium levels of cyber protection.
Our focus in the ever changing landscape of cyber security is now built on two pillars, defence in depth and increased user awareness support. Cyber criminals are well aware that almost all businesses now have standard safeguards in place such as anti-virus and firewalls, they have instead focused their efforts relentlessly on users of systems in order to compromise them.
